Our Story

Dr. Silvers founded Advanced Foot and Ankle Center more than 15 years ago. After frequently commuting through McKinney en route between Dallas and Oklahoma, Dr. Silvers was captivated by this growing community.

He realized that McKinney was in great need of a well-trained foot and ankle specialist and he has been serving the community ever since. His commitment to serving Collin County has earned him the respect and confidence of the medical community, leading to an overwhelming response. Because of the growing need for specialists in the Prosper community, Dr. Silvers opened the Prosper location and the practice has been steadily growing in this booming town. In order to provide timely and quality care to the patients of North Texas, Dr. Silvers asked Dr. Witt to join the team in 2017 and Dr. Sgro in 2020 because they share the same commitment to the community and excellence in the care and treatment of all things foot and ankle.
Dr. Silvers, Dr. Witt and Dr. Sgro include the patient in the decision making process. There is more than one treatment option for most foot and ankle conditions. Our team will tailor a treatment plan that best suits your expectations and lifestyle.
