Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lifts

PICT0031 A shoe insert that provides extra cushioning and support to the back of the foot/heel area. It is helpful in dealing with heel spurs, leg length deficiencies, Achilles tendonitis, Calcaneal Periostitis, Apophysitis, Epiphysitis and general heel bruising. Use Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift for the following conditions as described:

  • For Leg length deficiencies – Simply determine the appropriate thickness. If the full thickness can’t be tolerated you may remove a layer by peeling from the back of the lift. Start with one thickness and later reattach the second and third layers as needed. (Layers can easily be reattached with a good heavy contact cement).
  • Heel Spurs – Simply cut a hole in the bottom of the lift for the spur to be over. It is usually advisable to place the lifts bilaterally in this situation so as not to create a leg length deficiency.
  • Achilles Tendonitis – Start with the full thickness and as can be tolerated remove a layer at a time until the lift can be completely removed. It may be beneficial to have the lifts placed bilaterally in this situation.
  • Calcaneal Periostitis, Apophysitis, Epiphysitis, and General Heel Bruising: Use as a heel pad, primarily for the elevation and cushioning properties of the lift.

Available in sizes:

Small (Women’s shoe size up to 7.5)

Medium (Men’s shoe size up to size 11, Women’s shoe size 8+)

Large (Men’s shoe size 11+)
